Project Manager 2001-Present Kaiser Emergency Department, Walnut Creek, CA Budget: $10 million Relocation of 32,000 square feet of existing labs and offices for new Emergency Department remodel. Work included construction of 52 private rooms, four trauma rooms, and digital imaging rooms along with negative pressure isolation rooms. Worked directly with project architect, subcontractors and owner, negotiated the change orders and managed monthly cost reporting and billings. Back to History page
