Project Engineer 1999-2001 Notre Dame Apartment, San Francisco, CA Budget: $11 million Complete renovation and upgrade of this 5-story, 205 unit, affordable housing complex for Chinatown Community Development Center. This 130,000 square feet, $11 million renovation was performed while the building remained fully occupied. Work encompassed upgrades to the electrical, mechanical, plumbing and fire alarm systems, and rebuilding of 31 ADA compliant units. Worked with local subcontractors to ensure all minority requirements are met, negotiated change orders and managed construction documents. In addition to monthly internal cost reports and budget projections, prepared the billing applications and made presentations to project financiers and owners. Back to History page
