Elihu Harris State Office Building, Oakland, CA
Budget: $100 million
This Award winning design-build, 768,000 square foot office building for the state of California was constructed using steel frame, precast concrete and curtainwall, included a central skylight atrium, double podiums, retail spaces, and below grade parking.
Worked with the core and shell team in the management of subcontractors, suppliers and design consultants and eventually managed the closeout of the entire building.
