Project Manager 2001-Present Kaiser Antioch Medical Center, Antioch, CA Budget: $150 million This new medical center campus is a 637,000 square feet, 150 bed state of the art medical facility. It includes a 340,000 square feet hospital and a 297,000 square feet medical office building. The hospital is structured into two separate four-level nursing towers which are connected by a four-level diagnostic and treatment section of the hospital, of which one level is below grade. Successfully managed the exterior skin and interior finish subcontractors from the bidding process to finish construction. Prepared GMP budgets for Owner review and approval. Worked with architect and owner after Hospital opening and managed the closeout process. Back to History page
