| More than eleven years in the construction industry, my experiences encompass complete range of construction services from preconstruction to bid buy-out to hands on field interaction with subcontractors, Architects and Owner’s representative. I have also demonstrated ability in coordinating and managing the budget and schedule on the projects listed below. Responsibilities I have been the construction point person working directly with the consultant and owner project team. My primary responsibilities consist of long term planning and scheduling of construction resources, subcontractor materials, and personnel management. Day to day responsibilities include cost control, submittal control, cost negotiations with trade contractors and owner’s representatives, document control and overall team communication.
