The only time we have seen downloads not completing is when a download manager software is used instead of a web browser alone. The links we use are web links that download manager softwares do not like.

To get around this, just use your web browser to control your game download. As you click on the download link for the game. Just make sure no download software is launched and use only your browser.

If this does not work, repost here and let us know. We will see if we can provide you with an alternative :)
